This is because we have a trusted list of vendors to put on an engaging workshop for you. You can book these events for your bridal shower, birthday party, corporate team building activity or just a fun day out for an intimate group.

Additional ideas for craft workshops are welcomed and we'll see if we can accommodate.

Typical rental period is no more than 4 hours including set up. Extended times are welcomed and subject to availability. Please note that additional charges will apply for extra time.

As we specialise in intimate events, 15 - 20 people would be an ideal number. For numbers slightly above or below this range, please let us know and we will confirm availability for your preferred number of guests.

These events will be hosted in convenient, easy to reach locations around the city of Calgary, downtown and immediate suburbs. We can always have a discussion on which location best suits your needs.

We prefer for payment to be made in full upon issuing an invoice. If your event is cancelled within 14 calendar days of the date, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

It's never too early to secure your rental bookings. Pieces are booked on a first come, first served basis. We would prefer you complete your booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, although we will try to accommodate shorter timelines so still reach out!

Yes of course. We can bring most of the workshops directly to you provided you have the space and surfaces to work with for your group. We can discuss requirements if this is your preference.

We will always set up and take down all rentals. We want you to simply turn up and enjoy your event without any worries.

Yes there is a small surcharge based on distance travelled. We serve Calgary and environs.
